Contact Centre is ‘Highly Commended’

Network Homes has developed a clear strategy that had been enthusiastically bought into by their people.

UK National Contact Centre Awards Judges

Network Homes is pleased to announce that our Contact Centre was ‘Highly Commended’ at the UK National Contact Centre Awards.

This was for the ‘Public Sector Contact Centre of the Year’ category with Network coming a close second to Bromford Homes.

Altogether Network Homes was a finalist in three categories:

  • Public Sector Contact Centre of the Year
  • Support Person of the Year
  • Agent of the Year

Award judges said: “Network Homes has developed a clear strategy that had been enthusiastically bought into by their people. The customer is clearly at the heart of the strategy with an emphasis on education so that routine demand was being reduced to allow resource to be focused on those customers with real needs.  We were very impressed with both Bromford Homes and Network Homes.”
